kvi8 Terms & Conditions

kvi8 operates as an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform providing sports betting, live casino, and slots services to players. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the kvi8 platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), participation in betting markets, access to casino games, and engagement with promotional offers.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kvi8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and any other document published on kvi8.io, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on kvi8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kvi8 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held in that account may be forfeited or returned at kvi8's sole discretion.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and non-human legal entities are not permitted to register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activity is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kvi8 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing kvi8 account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts are grounds for immediate suspension.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of kvi8 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or service partners.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by kvi8 or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.

kvi8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation upon request will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each eligible player may register one account on kvi8. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify kvi8 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. kvi8 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.

kvi8 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at any time without prior notice if kvi8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or misleading;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to kvi8.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than a proven breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any required identity verification.

Deposits. kvi8 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your kvi8 wallet promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. kvi8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the kvi8 support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), subject to the completion of any pending identity verification or wagering requirement checks.

Verification. kvi8 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card (NID), a recent utility bill, or other supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the delay or withholding of your withdrawal until verification is completed.

Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on kvi8 are denominated exclusively in BDT. kvi8 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion service is offered on the platform.

All bets placed on kvi8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the platform alongside each market and game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet.

General betting principles:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• kvi8 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as the result of a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing errors, incorrectly listed events, or system faults.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary depending on the event, market type, and the player's account standing. kvi8 reserves the right to limit bet amounts at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, kvi8's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) — shall be final.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice, particularly during significant match events such as wickets, goals, or video referrals. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at kvi8's discretion if the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• kvi8 does not accept bets placed using strategies intended to exploit pricing inefficiencies, arbitrage opportunities, or bonus abuse. Such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Cricket betting on kvi8 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh international fixtures, and other major tournaments. Settlement is based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or replayed, kvi8's cricket-specific rules — available in the help section of the platform — shall govern the settlement of all affected markets.

kvi8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that offer.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your kvi8 account in BDT and must be used within the platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• kvi8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain available for the duration of its stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Players suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional offers — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the slot game(s) specified in the promotion and expire within the timeframe stated. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

kvi8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered kvi8 players from within the account dashboard at no charge:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kvi8 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on kvi8, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express consent;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from any unlawful activity;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or other non-human means to interact with the kvi8 platform;
• Colluding with other players, kvi8 employees, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on kvi8;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kvi8 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent kvi8's security systems, access controls, or geo-restriction measures.

All content on the kvi8 platform — including but not limited to the kvi8 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kvi8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kvi8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any kvi8 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any kvi8 software or platform component;
• Create derivative works based on kvi8 content;
• Use kvi8's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by kvi8. Unauthorised use of kvi8's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kvi8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the kvi8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from a technical fault, platform outage, or network disruption;
• Loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to your account data, where kvi8 has taken reasonable security precautions;
• Delays in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawal requests caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• Inaccuracies in live scores, odds feeds, or event results caused by third-party data providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, advice, or content published on kvi8.io.

kvi8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate free of errors, interruptions, or security breaches, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In all cases, kvi8's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player into their kvi8 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kvi8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable kvi8 policy;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by kvi8;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder;
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring kvi8 to restrict or cease services to specific individuals or jurisdictions;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, with the player notified by email prior to any such deduction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a proven breach by the player, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a breach, kvi8 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

If you have a dispute relating to your kvi8 account, a bet settlement, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the kvi8 service, you must follow the dispute resolution procedure below:

1. Contact Support First: Submit a written description of your dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
2. Internal Review: kvi8's support team will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. Where additional investigation is required, kvi8 will notify you of the expected resolution timeframe.
3. Final Decision: kvi8's written decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement shall be final and binding once issued, where the decision is based on official event results from the relevant governing body.

kvi8 does not accept verbal disputes. All dispute submissions must be made in writing via the email address above. kvi8 will not be held responsible for disputes submitted through unofficial channels, social media, or third-party complaints forums.

kvi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kvi8 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will publish the updated Terms on kvi8.io with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the kvi8 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Pending balances will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time the balance was accrued.
